The Armstrong lie, what to expect or just some movie promotion?

All insider believe, that Lance Armstrong's legendary coming out at Oprah was for sure not the whole story. Does the recent change at top of UCI with Brian Cookson bring some more insights from pro cycling or is this just a teaser for just another commercial movie project?
