All eyes will be on Edmonton, Canada, in 2014 as the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final returns to Alberta's Capital City. From August 26 - September 1, 2014, the world returns to Edmonton to race in scenic Hawrelak Park and though Edmonton's expansive river valley. In addition to the elite and paratriathlon races, the 2014 ITU World Triathlon Grand Final will showcase standard- and sprint-distance age group races, as well as an aquathlon, U23, junior and mixed relay world championships offering athletes the chance to compete in the same venue as the world's elite athletes.

Video: 2013 XTERRA Cross-Triathlon World Championship Highlights
Always at the end of October in Kapalua, Maui (Hawaii) one of every years race highlights unfolds during the XTERRA World Championship. On 27 October more than 800 endurance athletes from around the world participated in the 18th annual off-road triathlon, which started and finished at The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua hotel on Maui. The course consisted of a 1-mile swim, a 20-mile mountain bike, and a 10-kilometer (6.2 miles) trail run. Enjoy scenic views and race action.
