Dan Hugo and Flora Duffy captured the inaugural XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship on a beautiful day at Callala Bay in Jervis Bay, New South Wales, Australia. The XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship is one of 37 events worldwide where the fastest amateur athletes race to qualify for the 19th annual XTERRA World Championship at Kapalua, Maui on October 26, 2014.

World Triathlon Series Capetown: Gomez, Brownlee in own league
The inaugural 2014 World Triathlon Series held in Capetown, South Africa saw once more Javier Gomez and Jonathan Brownlee in their respective own league. Early in the season Gomez was not challenged any time during the swim, bike, run. Catching up from behind was Dmitry Polyanskiy. This race saw some great debuts from young and upcoming athletes like Wian Sullwald and Justus Nieschlag. Watch all the action.
